Despite the current Pandemic, many Headteachers and Chairs of Governors are successfully recruiting governors via video/audio interviews. If your school currently
has vacancies on your governing board, Inspiring Governance offer a matching service that may be able to help! So far this academic year they have made 12 successful placements in Bradford Schools but we know there are many more positions still to be filled. HR Matters: Before & After Lockdown
This complimentary webinar will be available to participants from Friday 12th June 2020. You will simply need to register your interest by booking your place through Eventbrite. On Friday 12th June 2020 you will be sent instructions on how to access the webinar. As this will not be live, you will be free to access this whenever suits your diary and commitments.
The session will focus on four key areas of HR; *Disciplinary and Grievance*Performance, progression and capability*Recruitment and resignation*Sickness absence and leave. For each area we will cover how to best approach issues with the situation as it stands presently; specifically the continued support of key worker’s children, the phased return of pupils to on-site learning and the lockdown restrictions being set at “stay alert”. We will then consider the future and how this may look over the longer term for schools and working environments as restrictions hopefully ease and the new ‘business as usual’ unfolds.

We can now also offer virtual Interfaith experiences which you can use your subscription to access. These will comprise of a 10-15 minute recorded session available on a private YouTube link followed by a live interactive virtual session of activities, a question and answer session and a story dependent on the subject of the session. The session will last a minimum of 1 hour but can be longer and tailored to your school’s needs. Our pages on the site will give you an
idea of the type of sessions we can offer, but this is not an exhaustive list and we can tailor it to any faith subject you would like. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our tutors would be happy to have a discussion about your needs.
