You will be more aware in how you are meeting the Statutory Requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage, which includes the principle's of assessment and record keeping, including the two year old statutory progress check.
Overall, increase your confidence in creating next steps from your observations into practice, and meeting the developmental needs of your key children. Become assured in how your learning environment, routines and outdoor play are meeting the best practice.
